SmartInn connects three products for short, medium and long-term rentals. RMS is the host’s unified business and data workspace. AgentClient executes assigned operational work. Booking App serves guests, owners and providers under your brand. AI conversation helps clarify goals, and supported agent workflows perform computer operations.
Does AgentClient only synchronise reservations?
Synchronisation is one example. AgentClient connects to RMS positions and WorkContent, using its built-in browser for supported, authorised operational steps such as retrieving platform information, processing business files and coordinating service tasks. It returns results and evidence, and asks for login verification or human judgement when needed.
Can I use AI operations without knowing how to define workflows?
Start by describing your goal in RMS chat. AI asks questions to clarify scope, conditions and expected results, then guides you through positions and WorkContent. WorkContent coordinates independent business steps; execution depends on supported capabilities, authorisation and required review.
Why have my own Booking App for just one property?
Even with one property, your Booking App is worth maintaining and promoting. It is your branded storefront, prioritises your own properties, and provides a booking and payment entrance for your direct guests. SmartInn charges no platform booking commission on Direct Bookings. If your property does not suit a guest, your App can recommend other hosts’ properties in the ecosystem. When that referral converts into a booking, you earn referral income. Promoting your App therefore builds an income channel beyond your own property, while also connecting guest conversations, owner rental information and service-provider tasks.
Can it help with “near a public primary school, anywhere, for two months”?
Booking App AI clarifies dates, budget, property needs and whether school proximity means walking or driving, then helps find stays using available property and location information and explains recommendations. Proximity does not establish school enrolment eligibility; location and stay conditions still need verification.
Do owners and cleaners use Booking App too?
Yes. Within their permissions, owners can view calendars, payouts and rental performance, and ask AI for recent insights with analysis or charts. Cleaners can view schedules, check in for jobs, and submit checkout-condition, damage and completion photos. Availability depends on host configuration and role permissions.
